It also hosts an extensive roster of talks and workshops form a variety of designers and experts. Their 'Meet the Designers' agenda brings you up close with some of the industries leading voices.

There will also be a variety of pop-ups by brands not usually available at DCCH . This includes some of our favourite eporta suppliers too:

And you're already in it.

For many years Chelsea has been associated with creative's and Bohemian chic. Once leaving the Design Centre, it's worth walking down Lots Road and exploring the antique gems in the many specialist shops. Turn the corner at the end of the road to discover yet more showrooms and stores celebrating LDF.

Follow the King's Road up and stop by 'The World of Kaffe Fasset' exhibition at Anthropologie, celebrating the craft of needlework and the dedication that Kaffe Fasset has to share the skill. Further up the King's Road is the brilliant Eileen Fischer. A name you are probably familiar with from installations at Salone Del Mobile, they'll be sharing their 'Waste No More', zero-waste initiative.

Where next... Saatchi Gallery

Visit time: 1- 2 hours

Opening Times: 10 am- 6 pm

Nearest Station: Sloane Square

Time from Focus/19: 35-minute walk or 18 minute bus

Design District: Chelsea

Just a little further on is Duke of York Square and the mesmerising Saatchi gallery. This year's LDF exhibition is I-Made, a celebration of Italian craftsmanship and manufacturing. With an abundance of cafes surrounding the building, we recommend taking some time to refuel and refresh before we go on to our next destination.

Next stop... Pimlico Design District

15 minute walk

This parade of eclectic high-end residential and commercial showrooms is bursting at the seams with character and intrigue. Why not enjoy the opportunity to go behind the scenes at these stores, with a series of talks and workshops going on throughout the week. Such as Robert Kime's where you can select and customise a cushion or lampshade from a wealth of antique fabrics and trims. Also, Poggenpohl will be hosting live demonstrations and cooking displays while discussing what considerations make for a brilliant kitchen design.

If you're making a late trip to this district, aim for Monday 16th when doors stay open until 8 pm.

If there are still even a couple of hours left in the day, you could head on up to Victoria Connections Design District. The must-see here is the PATTERNITY Life Labyrinth in Westminster Cathedral Piazza. Created by Anna Murray and Grace Winteringham, who have created a zone where visitors can meditate and concentrate on their surroundings.
